YOUR LIFE AS A SCHEDULING COORDINATOR

As a Scheduling Coordinator, you have the rewarding job of helping seniors and adults with special needs live as fully and independently as possible while remaining in the places they love. You competently provide our clients and caregivers timely communication via our scheduling software and over the phone to ensure a seamless delivery of non-medical elderly care and home companionship. Your kind and patient demeanor serves you well as you work with the Director and caregivers to ensure our clients receive the highest quality of care.

You carefully utilize current CRM and any other systems for complete and accurate care coordination, HCA scheduling, data capture, tracking, notes and follow-up. Committed to the team’s mission of providing first-in-class care, you communicate routinely with the Director and caregivers about the condition and needs of our clients. You feel good about helping seniors enjoy their golden years and individuals with special needs live more independent lives, and you are glad you chose a career in the caregiving industry .

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• Pass a criminal record background check via LiveScan
• Prior relevant experience
• Reliable transportation

2+ years of related experience is a plus . We are willing to train you in our scheduling, CRM softwares . If you can meet these requirements and perform this job as described above, we would be happy to have you as part of our team!
