Title: UAT Tester/Script Writer– (Contract) – Job # 3652
Location: Providence, RI
Job Description:
Our client located in Providence, RI is looking for a UAT Tester and Script Writer to join their team. The UAT Tester will assist with the implementation the vital events electronic registration system.
Responsibilities

• Verify & Validate Business Requirement against Business process
• Plans and conceptualize the necessary tests to be carried out
• Estimation for UAT
• Create & Execute UAT test Plan
• Participate in requirement JAD session
• Prepare test scenarios, test cases and test data based on Business Process
• Organize test runs to ensure the user-friendly rating of the product
• Maintain Traceability
• Execute test cases and prepare test logs
• Report defects in test management tool and manage them throughout their lifecycle
• Produce UAT End of test report
• Provide Business Readiness Support and Live proving
• Test Log
• Weekly Status Report
• Defect Report
• Test Execution Metrics
• Test Summary Report
• Archived Reusable Test artifacts

Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience validating software against the functional specifications
• Ability to query databases

Desired:

• Previous system testing
• Detailed report writing
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Data reporting skills and basic knowledge of system functionality
