Reception Responsibilities:
Respond to all in-coming telephone calls in timely fashion.
Make announcements using overhead page system.
Screens telephone calls and takes messages.
Types correspondence, reports, etc. for Administrator and other departments as needed.
Updates resident face sheets as needed.
Maintains a resident listing (names, addresses, POAs)
Photocopies correspondence for departments as needed
Processes outgoing mail and packages
Distributes employment applications.
Distributes employee paychecks on payday.
Maintains adequate supplies in front office.
Distributing and writing up Resident Funds.
Record insurance information for vendors (Dr. bills, hospitals)
Types documents as necessary
Complete work requisition orders as needed.
Produces spread sheets and forms as necessary
Acts as positive representative of facility
