Join Our Team as a Customer Service Associate!

This is a one-year contract position with the potential for extension based on your amazing performance and our growing business needs. You’ll work full-time, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM (local time), with a 40-hour workweek.

As the first point of contact for our clients, you’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable voice they turn to. Here’s how you’ll make an impact:

• Chat with clients through phone, email, or chat to answer questions and solve problems.
• Provide clear, helpful information about our investment products and services.
• Keep client accounts organized and accurate, and assist with any issues.
• Work closely with your teammates to keep things running smoothly and improve how we help clients.
• Contribute to team goals and take part in exciting projects that make a difference.
