About the role
In this varied role, you will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service to our customers and investors .This is a unique opportunity to bring your customer service skills to a challenging, yet rewarding role. Our clients satisfaction come first. And you’ll be an important part of that.

Responsibilities include
Creating unique and excellent customer service experiences
Ability to identify customers needs.
Log and resolve inbound call tickets.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Complaints resolution.
