Habit Health Looking for Clinic Administrator at Christchurch, Canterbury, New Zealand Full Time
Habit Health is a nationwide healthcare provider, specialising in the rehabilitation space. We enable people to live their best lives and empower our teams to realise their full potential. Our Byron Street office is seeking an experienced Administrator to coordinate administration tasks for a regional hub of our clinic network. You will also engage with other branches, working Monday to Friday from 8:30am – 5:00pm to start in 2024.
This role offers growth, development and opportunities to excel all the while promoting a flexible work / life arrangement.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage clinician diary for efficient scheduling
- Liaise with ACC to invoice, register claims and reconcile payments
- Process client payments and maintain banking records
- Manage debtor control

The Ideal Candidate
- Warm and approachable – a friendly manner is key!
- Previous experience in a customer facing / admin role, preferably in healthcare
- Sound skills using Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills – you will be meeting new and varied people every day!
