Our Albany, Auckland clinic is seeking a motivated professional to drive clinical outcomes and really own the Team Lead role. You will be encouraged to continue your growth and look after clients the way they deserve to be taken care of – the Habit Health way.

Main Responsibilities

• Ensure your team is meeting targets – billed hours and productivity
• Work with the Regional Manager to maintain adequate staffing levels
• Develop internal reports to implement process improvements
• Collaborate with Clinical Leads to promote positive service outcomes

The Ideal Candidate

• Relevant tertiary qualification
• Annual practicing certificate as a registered health professional
• Strong communication skills that allow you to build rapport with clients
• Member of professional associations required by ACC contracts
