Essential duties and responsibilities:
May have responsibility for fulfillment administration and processes.
Responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing and shipping inventory orders.
Working in a team environment, the person will plan, organize and prioritise daily tasks.
Accurately record all inventory transactions using inventory management systems
Pro-actively identify, highlight and address potential issues or hazards – Health & Safety.
Loading and unloading materials.
Comply with company safety policies including safe operation of equipment, PPE usage, hand tool safety, lock-out-tag-out, and proper storage of tools, etc.
Maintain equipment according to work instructions or preventive maintenance tasks; some trouble-shooting of equipment.
Perform cycle counting and other inventory tasks, including material handling.
Maintain visual management of part and raw material storage; clean and organized work area.
Work with our Buyer/Planner and Production Manager to prioritize workload and equipment schedule to meet both internal and external demand.
Requirements:
Two years’ experience in a modern warehousing environment is desirable.
Experience with manual and/or clerical duties that may utilize various systems involved in receipt or preparation of materials for shipment.
Performed a wide variety of planning, scheduling, coordinating and reporting tasks in support of the manufacturing workflow.
Experince Coordinating and monitoring workflow, assisting in scheduling and prioritizing activities in assigned distribution area.
Maintains compliance with relevant local, country and international guidelines.
Performs a wide variety of planning, scheduling, coordinating and reporting tasks in support of the manufacturing workflow.
Skills:
Knowledge and experience of all aspects of the role as outlined.
Strong IT knowledge.
