Please see below some of the Testimonials from some of the staff working here:
“I think the fact that HBC has its own flexi time system is absolutely brilliant. It enables me to have a great work/life balance. A flexi-days leave or half day leave has been extremely beneficial to me as I started half way through the year and therefore didn’t have the full 25 days holiday. Alternatively being able to take a bit of time at Lunch has meant I’ve been able to continue with my driving lessons and still complete my work.”

Working for a small Authority means that you get to know people in other departments and everyone is so helpful and friendly. They promote a healthy work/life balance and provide opportunities for flexible working arrangements including working from home and managing my own working week and workload.
