About the Role
HARMAN drives growth by organic developments, strategic partnerships as well as systematic acquisitions in adjacent markets and new technologies. In this role you will be a key contributor to make acquisitions finally successful. Your area or responsibility will include the development of the Post Merger Integration (PMI) process and standards, the project lead for large PMI projects as well as the development of integrations concepts in collaboration with the receiving Business Unit. You will be part of the Corporate Strategy team and closely collaborate with M&A and Business teams.

Your Team
This position has no direct reports, it will be an individual contributor role.

What You Will Do
Define PMI process and standards for the HARMAN Group (Process Owner)
Develop integration concepts together with Division/ Strategic Business Units and central functions
Execute large and medium sized Post Merger Integration programs
Lead strategy consultant engagements supporting PMIs

What You Need
Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Electrical Engineering or related field.
10+ years of experience in: Automotive Industry or blend of Automotive and Consumer Electronics and/or Strategy Consulting
Experience managing and leading large PMI projects
Strong Leadership, ownership of results, influencing and collaboration skills
Previous experience working within a global matrixed organization.
Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal and have the drive to push the shared goal to conclusion. High level of motivation and determination.
Impactful communication skills, both written and verbal with an ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences

MBA
3+ years’ experience in a Strategy Consulting Company
