Full Job Description
We at Harris Ford and Lincoln a are growing so rapidly, do to us building a new Lincoln store making us one of only three Lincoln dealers in Washington state, and are looking to add some aggressive Sales Associates to handle the increased volume of sales. We sell the ever-popular Ford Raptor, Ford Focus, Lincoln Navigator, and redesigned Lincoln Aviator! We’re seeking individuals to start as soon as possible. Our associates earn an average of $2,500 – $12,500 per month with the potential to earn much more.

The ideal candidate will possess tenacity, follow through, integrity, exceptional customer focus and must be an “Insurable” driver (3 yr Driving Abstract will be requested). If you’re highly motivated to earn over $100K per year, self-disciplined, ready to develop your skills in an always changing business this may be the job for you!

Job Requirements

· 2 years of sales experience is preferred (not required to be in automotive sales)

· Solid communication and computer skills

· Open Scheduling availability (40+ hours a week/some evenings and weekend work required)

· On-going training
