We are on the lookout for an experienced Office Services Professional to support our busy Auckland office. No two days will ever be the same in this role and there will be plenty of opportunities to leverage off your experience and skills and make this role your own. You’ll be someone who isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty – at times, literally – to ensure the office is kept running at its’ best.

You will be motivated by helping where you can, feeling needed and being the office ‘go to’ person.

Additionally, you will bring the following skills and experience:

• Administrative/office support experience of at least 3+ years
• Strong MS skills and able to adapt quickly to new/different systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Organised, efficient and a keen learner
• Flexibility to take on and help with a variety of tasks
• Ability to prioritise and multitask competing priorities and deadlines
• NZ Full Driver’s License

What you’ll be doing

You will be responsible for ensuring our busy Auckland office runs smoothly as well as taking the lead on various tasks with our Office Service Coordinators. As first point of contact for staff and visitors to our Auckland office, your presence is important and you will enjoy dealing with various stakeholders each day.

While this is a varied role, you will primarily focus in the following areas:

• Welcoming clients and visitors to HG, both in person and on the phone.
• Coordinating the day-to-day operations of the office, including kitchen duties, catering and issues related to the office environment, including meeting room and office event setups.
• Deliver a workplace experience that inspires, engages, and ensures the safety and wellbeing of our people.
• Maintain stock levels of consumables, stationery and IT assets.
