Our Retail department are looking for a new team of Email Customer Representatives to meet the needs of both our new and existing customers. You will be providing support, resolving problems and delivering exceptional customer service at all times. The queries you receive will be varied and could include the customer checking what they’re covered for on their policy, changing a vehicle or address, billing enquiries and anything in-between!
We pride ourselves on our flexibility as a company and therefore this role is available as a permanent homeworking opportunity.
What will you be doing?
Answering a wide variety of email correspondence from our customers
Covering email correspondence across all areas of the business where required including new business, renewals, customer service and claims
Ensuring all email correspondence always delivers a high level of customer service
Working towards specific KPI’s/targets
Actively promoting and cross selling other insurance products in line with our Treating Customers Fairly policy
Challenge peers and managers where processes or procedures do not meet expectations or that does not place customers’ interests at the heart of how we operate
Working collaboratively as a team
We’re looking for people who have:
General insurance knowledge desirable but not essential
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong IT skills
Attention to detail
A motivated self-starter attitude and a drive to progress
Great customer service skills
