What will I be doing?

The Revenue Analyst position will provide reporting and analysis support to the Revenue
(revenue management, sales, and marketing) and hotel teams through data entry/analysis, generation and distribution of reporting, data entry audits and development of new tools.

Responsibilities:

• Daily processing and distribution of reporting for revenue calls from numerous hotel management systems including Hilton, Marriott, IHG, Choice and Wyndham among others
• Weekly/Monthly report processing and distribution for Owner’s calls, Sales meetings and forecasting.
• Perform system audits and implement changes per brand requirements and updates in brand revenue management systems.
• Data entry and validation in excel and forecasting systems.
• Generate impromptu reports as required.
• Assist in the management and upkeep of the budgeting/forecasting system (Aptech)
• Provide targeted support in the ways of reservation audits (force sells, overrides, etc) for focus hotels, communicating any opportunities to revenue management and operations.

• Oversee the setup and cleanup of revenue system access for revenue and sales teams, as well as property level associates.
• Shop hotels on branded website to ensure long term stay availability, communicating opportunities to RM.
• Load packages and promotions on behalf of RM and marketing, ensuring proper setup in each brand’s system.
• All other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

The success in this role will demonstrate itself through the following attributes and skills:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
• One (1) year of hotel or hospitality experience in Sales, Revenue Management, Catering or

Meeting services.

• One (1) year building Microsoft Excel pivot tables and charts.
• Proficient at statistical and competitive analysis.
• Manages time well and can adhere to strict daily, weekly, monthly deadlines.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities at once.
• Detail-oriented
