Hays Technology are seeking an experienced Drupal Developer for a long term, attractive contract.

Your new company

Our client is a Government Department that supports communities impacted by disaster, with a strong on-the-ground presence and a guiding principle of locally-led recovery.

Your new role

You will be a full stack developer with an emphasis on front-end development. You will work across existing internet (Drupal) sites and green field intranet sites, web applications and associated APIs. In addition, you may be required to perform various integration and data engineering tasks.

What you need to succeed

The successful candidate must have the following:

• NV1 security clearance
• Proven experience building CMS based websites in particular Drupal.
• Proven experience in HTML, JavaScript, CSS and PHP with a demonstrated ability to comply with best-practice coding standards.
• Experience in the design and development of web applications including supporting APIs (or Azure functions), preferably with the Microsoft stack (C#).
• Prior experience working in fast-paced agile environment and exposure to modern technology, frameworks, and tools such as Microsoft DevOps.
