Your new company


We are looking for Principal Dynamics Developers to join our Public sector client responsible for the curriculum, assessment, teacher accreditation and regulatory standards in NSW schools, and accreditation of early childhood teachers. You will work on a number of deliverables within a large reform program along with the business and project teams to ensure sufficient development resources are available and effectively applied to application development projects and that development practices, standards and techniques are understood and adhered to. This is a 12 month contract with a view to extend.

Your new role

• Ensure sufficient development resources are available to meet projected demands from the business
• Identify areas of software process improvement to enhance the organisation’s development capability
• Determine local and team based standards for programming tools and techniques and provide advice and guidance as to their use to ensure compliance with standards to maintain the quality of developed applications
• Deliver feasibility and cost-benefit analysis, including choice of application architecture to enhance the overall application development process
• Manage systems integration and lead business engagement with external stakeholders.
• Determine the future demand of application development resources based on changing business needs
• Ensure that integration projects meet business requirements and goals, fulfil end-user requirements, and identify and resolve systems issues.

What you’ll need to succeed

• At least 5 years development experience with Dynamics CRM (Configure and customise CRM implementations)
• Good functional knowledge of CRM 2016 and Dynamics 365 (CRM Install, upgrade and development)
• Implement and leverage the Microsoft Dynamics platform using best development and implementation methodologies.
• Experience in architecting and developing projects in Microsoft.NET (2.0, 3.5, 4.0) Technology for large scale clients
• Proven experience with requirements analysis, design, review, coding, testing, systems integration and implementation
• Experience with the Microsoft Portal, ADX studio or Dynamics 365 Portals is an advantage
• Sound knowledge of data cleansing and migration processes.
