Your new role

In your new exciting role, you will be required to:

• Work with the testers to provide the best testing strategy for any new features that are being prepared to be deployed to the production site.
• Deploy features to their Non-Production environments within AWS for testing purposes.
• Work with internal and external development teams to develop new features and ensure that they meet their functionality and quality requirements/standards.
• Run Drupal core security updates as well as run updates for the wa.gov.au site.
• Review all work completed by the Junior Drupal Developer and preparing it for deployment.
• Implementing preventative strategies to reduce the risk of any issues with the site and/or site downtime.
• Upgrading the WA.gov.au website from Drupal 8 to Drupal 9, ensuring as little site downtime as possible.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Strong full stack experience working with Drupal 9 within a professional setting.
  
• Strong development skills in PHP, MySQL, CSS, JavaScript.
• Experience in working within a multi-functional team using agile approach to software development and support.
