Job Summary and Qualifications

Certified Respiratory Therapist – Full-time, Days with weekend rotation.

The Certified Respiratory Therapist uses sound knowledge and proficiency of skills to provide routine and critical-care respiratory therapies and diagnostic procedures for inpatients and outpatients. Establishes a good rapport with fellow associates to maintain a professional relationship necessary to work productively with all hospital personnel. Requires effective written and verbal communication skills. During Critical Staffing needs as determined by Director, may be required to float between both facilities.

What qualifications you will need:

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date

• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date

• Neonate Resuscitate (NRP) must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date

• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date

• Licensed Certified Respiratory Therapist (LCRT), or State Certified Respiratory Therapy Technician (CRTT)

• Vocational School Graduate, or Associate Degree
