The Healthcare Education Team (HET) has C. 170 staff members, comprising of the Senior Leadership Team, Business Management Team, 3 x Trainee Management Teams and the Recruitment Team.
HET is a fundamental part of the organisation, taking on the responsibility for the administrative support for recruitment, training, assessment and rotation of doctors and dentists in training across the whole of London and Kent, Surrey and Sussex, as well as sharing our expertise to support allied health professionals and the regional healthcare providers.
Administrators play a pivotal role in the smooth running of the teams in which they work. Duties will vary and can include:
The successful applicant will be highly organised and have strong written and verbal communication skills. This is a fast-paced environment so the ability to work on your own initiative, prioritise workload and meet deadlines is essential.
The post holder will have opportunities to gain experience across different areas of the team and participate in the Administrator Development Programme.
