About the role | He kōrero whakamārama mō tēnei tūranga

You will provide valuable administrative support to the Onboarding Team Leader and Seniors. To be successful in your role, a clear understanding of who our Customer is -including people we support, family/whanau, Support Workers, Funders and other internal and external stakeholders is required. In addition. You will be tech savvy and not afraid to get stuck in and support the team. This is a full time, permanent position working Monday to Friday

Responsibilities include:

• Generating reports for all referrals received the previous day from Power BI to import into the spreadsheet
• Filter shared document by ISP due back the previous day to ensure that ISP’s are received and actioned
• Internal Change and POC reports cascaded to the team highlighting anything urgently
• Support the team as required

What you will bring | Ngā tohungatanga mō tēnei tūranga

• Experience in a support, administration or data entry support role, contact centre or similar, preferably within the health/disability or community services sectors
• Experience with client management systems and/or CRM and ERP systems
• Experience in a Support Worker or care coordination role is advantageous
• A passion for working collaboratively and developing your skills and those of your colleagues
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills
• A love of problem solving combined with resilience to cope with the unexpected or difficult
• Excellent planning and organisational skills, and the ability to self-manage and work autonomously
