HEB Construction Looking for Administrator at Auckland City, Auckland Full Time

Auckland System Management (ASM) is an alliance between Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency, Fulton Hogan and HEB Construction. ASM is responsible for maintenance and renewals of the physical infrastructure and technology, and the provision of operational services that run Auckland’s state highway network.

We are looking for a systematic Administrator to our Alliance Leadership Team (ALT). No two days will ever be the same, as you will be responsible for providing executive level assistance to the ALT, whilst also having the opportunity to own a diverse range of projects within our business.

You will have the opportunity to assist with the development and implementation of our risk assessment tool, as well as helping to develop best practice frameworks, strategies and models to enable distributed ownership of risk management across the business. You will also actively support the business by providing training, guidance and advice to risk owners, as well as providing strong system administration support.

This role could be either full or part time and based in our Ellerslie Office, this role will require strong communication skills and a structured approach to drive the right outcomes with our internal teams.

KEY SKILLS

• EA or administration experience – 2 -3 years good written communication, organisation of review meetings, collection, and presentation of data
• Training material compilation and delivery (small groups)
• Vault experience an advantage
• Supporting the implementation of the VAULT system across our teams. This will include system set up, testing and training role out
• Prior experience in the construction industry would be an advantage
• Most importantly the right attitude for continual learning
