YOUR ROLE

• Ongoing adaption of global eCRM strategy for local market Adaption, implementation and roll-out of global eCRM campaigns (content plans, asset development or adaption, etc.)
• Creation and implementation of regional eCRM campaigns, in alignment with global team Steer processes in regard to eCRM activities Local eCRM Agency
• Teams steering Regional tool ownership, utilization and onboarding to team members/external agency partners Analysis of regional eCRM data and utilization of recommended next best actions from global direction Monitor, assess and report on CRM performance (goals & KPIs)
• Support within global projects (loyalty programs rollouts, new customer segmentations, global eCRM campaigns) Reviews digital and / eBusiness strategy execution, digital communication plans / eBusiness plans and business models Develops and drives ambition and strategy for global digital and / eBusiness aligned with overall marketing, comms, and business strategy Provides strat.
• direction in digital campaign activities, content creation, focus areas and programs driving customer-relation and growth Fosters alignment of businesses on technologies and digital platforms Drives new platform usage, presence, eBusiness opportunities and potential strategic alliances across SBUs
• Follows up on global project plans Reviews progress of topic related, dedicated workstreams Enforces channel discipline through the establishment of KPI management with global and regional channel growth and development targets
• Cross fertilizes know how and knowledge between SBUs / SMUs / and Countries Supports cooperation with selected customers and media partners on joint digital projects
• Drives investment plans and resource deployment for needed digital acceleration

YOUR SKILLS

• Handle marketing cloud tools like : Salesforce, Oracle, SAP or HubSpot Ideally with FMCG background
• Experience in customer acquisition and retention strategies
• Experience in CRM programs implementation in an international environment
• Technically and digitally savvy, experienced in using a wide range of digital tools (CRM databases, marketing automation software).
• Confident to adapt fast to new tools Creative, reliability and good self-organization to handle projects independently Advanced level of English as a second language
