We are seeking Customer Service Representatives to join their team and work alongside their customer acquisition and marketing departments. Within this role, you will acquire an in-depth knowledge of their organization and use this information to establish strong, professional customer connections

Responsibilities:

Accurately retaining and delivering information regarding campaigns

Attending in-office meetings

Engaging with new and potential customers

Providing accurate and detailed information to the public regarding our client

Maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor at all times

Following organizational policies and procedures

Tracking customer information and processing payments

Communicating professionally in-person, over the phone and via email

Qualifications:

Must be computer literate and comfortable with the use of basic technology

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to memorize information and present in an organized manner

Strong ability to connect with people

Comfortable working in-person with the general public

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.20 – $22.77 per hour
