Hind Management Looking for Food and Beverage Attendant and Porter at Rotorua, Bay of Plenty, New Zealand Full Time

Are you a people person with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences? As a Food and Beverage Attendant and a Hotel Porter, you’ll be the friendly face that welcomes our guests, assisting with luggage, providing local knowledge, and ensuring their stay is seamless from arrival to departure. You’ll be a key part of our warm and supportive team, helping to create a welcoming and comfortable environment for all.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner shifts are available, weekend availability is required.

This is a permanent part-time role based at Sudima Lake Rotorua. It is a guaranteed minimum of 20 hours paid between $25 – $27 per hour.

We’re looking for friendly and enthusiastic team players who are passionate about hospitality and creating great guest experiences. Whether you’re assisting guests with their luggage or serving delicious food and drinks, you’ll bring a positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile.

• A warm and welcoming personality with great customer service skills
• A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and staying calm under pressure
• Good communication and multitasking skills
• Physically fit and able to assist with lifting and moving items when needed
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Previous hospitality experience is a bonus, but not essential – we’ll provide training!
• A full driver’s licence, barista skills, or LCQ/Duty Manager certification are all great extras but not a must
