Hire Up Staffing is seeking a part-time Corporate Receptionist for a well-known non-profit organization in Visalia. The pay range is $15.07-$19.83/hour, depending on experience.

JOB SUMMARY:
The Receptionist reports to the Assistant HR Director and will greet, assist and provide direction and information to clients, visitors and other guests of the organization.

DUTIES INCLUDE:

• Greet clients, visitors and guests; determines the purpose of each person’s visit and directs or escorts him or her to the appropriate location
• Answers, screens and directs phone calls to staff; takes messages and follows up with the appropriate department or Program when needed
• Receives mail, documents, packages and courier deliveries and delivers or distributes items appropriately
• Performs basic filing and recordkeeping
• Remains flexible and tolerant to changes in workloads and assignments
• Provides excellent customer service while supporting the efforts of the Agency
• Comply with all safety policies and procedures, including but not limited to: workplace safety, reporting work related injuries, Infection Control and preventing potential safety risks for staff, clients and others
• Other duties as assigned by the Assistant HR Director

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous administrative experience
• Proficient with MS Office programs
• High school diploma
• Ability to multi-task in an organized manner
• Ability to work at a high level of confidentiality
• Ability to pass a physical, drug screen, background, and TB test
• Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19
