In this fully remote role, you’ll be the technical expert driving the seamless integration of Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) onboarding Journeys. You’ll be a key player, working with cross-functional teams to enhance and optimize the onboarding process globally.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead Global Projects – Be the technical lead in the implementation of onboarding Journeys for one of the world’s most recognized hospitality brands.
• Collaborate with Experts – Work with Oracle consultants, business subject matter experts (SMEs), and HR teams worldwide.
• Enhance Onboarding – Create, update, and troubleshoot onboarding processes using Oracle Cloud HCM, ensuring a smooth journey for new hires across the globe.
• Stay Ahead of the Curve – Review and implement Oracle’s quarterly updates to keep onboarding processes cutting-edge.
• Drive Data-Driven Decisions – Use your expertise in OTBI/BI reporting tools to provide insights and recommend improvements to onboarding.

What You Bring:

• 3-5 years of HRIS support experience, particularly in Oracle Cloud HCM and onboarding Journeys.
• A knack for troubleshooting technical issues and working with ServiceNow and other support platforms.
• Expertise in tools like OTBI/BI, Excel, and ideally Power BI or Tableau.
• Exceptional communication skills to translate technical details into clear, actionable steps for global teams.
