Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office; Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint,

Work Environment: Corporate office setting

You will provide support to the customer service team and various departments, and perform other administrative functions in an office environment.

What you will be doing
- Answering and directing phone calls for customer service and office team
- Assist customer service team enter orders & returns
- Providing support to all departments and other administrative staff
- Perform filing of paperwork and prepare invoices for mailing
- Acting as an office coordinator for office equipment maintenance issues
- Maintaining the office workspace and ordering office supplies
- Planning and coordinating events with our social committee and others
- Performing other administrative tasks as required
