POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Reporting to the Director of Legal and Credit Services, the candidate will be responsible for performing tasks related to pre-rental investigations for homeowners. She will have to assist the team members and coordinate the tasks and projects assigned to her. The person in the position must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.#LI-SL1

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in the field, an asset
- Degree in administration, finance or similar field, an asset
- Training in a legal field (a major asset)
- Real estate experience
- Knowledge of accounting, an asset
- Knowledge of the legal field
- Knowledge of JurisEvolution legal software (a major asset)
