Job Responsibilities
· Daily case management of bond forfeitures – including monitoring losses and potential payouts
· Act as liaison between agents, court clerks and legal counsel
· Provide information to agents, court clerks, and defendants regarding forfeitures
· Analyze data/charts to avoid company risk
· Prepare reports regarding troubled agents/company risk
· Process check requests
· Contact courts to check bond status
· Assist agents with monthly forfeiture reports, reinstatements, exonerations, and judgment payments
· Monitor transfer bond forfeitures
· Analyze agent’s forfeiture profile
· Meet monthly to discuss high risk cases and high risk agents
· Willingness to learn nuances of all states, not just assigned territory
· Ability to work in a high-impact and sometimes stressful environment

· Stand/Sit – Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% or more of the time
· Walk – Needs to occasionally move about inside of office to access files, office machinery, etc
· Use hands/fingers to handle/feel – Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery
· Climb (stairs) – Constantly ascends/descends stairs to enter facility
· Stoop/Kneel/Crouch – Occasionally positions self to reach legal files
· Talk/Hear – The person in this position frequently communicates with staff regarding business needs. Must be able to exchange accurate information.
· See/Vison – Must be able to visually inspect documents, claims, work, and files
· Exposure to work environments – Constantly in office setting where temperature is often cool
