Candidates must be comfortable in a team environment as well as working individually. The candidate should be able to manage multiple tasks. The ideal candidate needs to have a positive attitude, willingness to learn and grow with the company.This is a first shift position with the hours from 7 am to 4 pm. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support with daily operations and activities in the office
• HR support: Orientation, Onboarding/Offboarding, Payroll, Benefits, and etc.
• Support onsite/offsite company activities
• Making reservations for travel
• Schedule maintenance repairs and communications
• Auditing, filing, and updating internal communication board
• Communicate with staff and visitors
• Manage office supplies (ordering/stocking)
• Answer and direct phone calls
• other duties as assigned

Must have:

• Microsoft Office suites
• Must have a valid Driver’s License
• Ability to adapt to change

• Positive attitude
• High attention to detail and organization
• Background in Safety is a plus
