Home Instead is looking for caring and compassionate CAREGivers to become part of our team and join our mission of enhancing the lives of aging adults throughout our community.

Our clients reside in Winona, Lewiston, St. Charles, Lanesboro, Fountain, Rushford, Houston, La Crescent, La Crosse and other surrounding communities. Typical schedules are built around 4-hour blocks so shift options could be 4-hours, 8-hours or 12-hours. Our morning shifts typically start around 7a, 8a or 9a. Evening shifts would normally start around 12p, 1p or 2p. So, if you are seeking part-time hours, this is a great 2nd job opportunity.

Here are just a few of the things you might do as a Home Instead CAREGiver:

• Provide companionship and conversation
• Do light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
• Provide medication reminders
• Assist with personal care, such as bathing and grooming
• Transport clients to appointments and assist with errands/shopping

What we will require:

• Complete a criminal background check, motor vehicle record check and drug screen
• Possess a valid driver’s license and valid auto insurance (required if driving clients)
