Looking for a self starter, Receptionist/Customer Service for a small office from home. Must be able to multitask and work in a fast paced environment.
Duties include:
* Answering telephone calls and Dispatch when needed
* Processing paperwork
* Data entry, organizing and filing paperwork
* Some driving required using our company car
* Sending documents to customers and vendors via fax, or email
* Providing backup to other office duties as needed
