Manager of Educational Resources
The Hospice and Palliative Nurses Association (HPNA), a national association serving nurses and other healthcare professionals working in palliative and hospice care, is seeking an experienced Manager of Educational Resources.
The Manager of Educational Resources will manage assessment, planning/coordination, implementation and evaluation of program development, processes, and support specific to the nurse content for HPNA enduring education materials and publications. Manages, achieves, and maintains standards and processes necessary for accreditation of continuing education for nurses as ANCC Accredited Provider Unit Nurse Planner.

Responsibilities for this role include the following:
· Manages, develops, and coordinates enduring education courses, publications, NRGs, and other educational resources including those associated with educational grant initiatives.
· Ensures HPNA’s continuing education activity compliance with ANCC Commission on Accreditation (COA) provider criteria and HPNA workflows.
· Manages the NCPD and Category 1 Pharmacy educational design planning process and productivity of direct reports as related to enduring continuing education offerings.
· Ensures up to date education in current issues and trends involving hospice and palliative care nursing.
· Assists with management of education team. Participates in goal setting, problem-solving, cross-training, process, and quality improvement efforts.
Requirements
· Minimum Bachelor’s degree in nursing(BSN) required
· Master’s degree in nursing, education, or related field preferred.
· Current license to practice as a registered nurse (RN).
· 3 Years of Project Management required
· Hospice and Palliative nursing experience a plus

Pay: $80,000.00 – $84,000.00 per year
