Job Responsibilities : 

Accounts

• Update receipting & perform accurate & timely bank reconciliation.
• Follow-up on credit collection, update Accounts Receivables status.
• Handle invoice, payment, collection & gst enquiries.
• Key supplier invoice, prepare timely payments & reconciliation.
• Assist Finance Manager in timely and accurate monthly closing of accounts & update audit schedules.
• Perform general HR admin. duties
• Ad-hoc accounting duties as assigned.

Admin

• Assist with post sale admin work for items sold.
• Follow up with customers to arrange for self-collection in a timely manner.
• Ensure items are placed in an orderly manner & properly labelled.
• Handle walk in customers / phone enquires.
• Provide ad hoc support to staff in saleroom for a smooth flow of operation.
• Any ad-hoc admin duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications :

• Min. LCCI or Diploma in accounting
• 2-4 years of accounts & admin. experience
• Familiar with Microsoft office, Google suite, Xero
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Able to meet tight timelines
• Organized, meticulous and open to changes to meet new business needs.
