As a Serviceperson, you will provide manufacturing support and material handling throughout the factory.
What Needs To Be Done?
- Ensure adherence to Health and Safety standards in compliance with Company policy to ensure safe working environment.
- Interact and respond to all HCO personnel in the movement of test equipment to ensure flow of material.
- Control of all raw materials issued to manufacturing to maintain integrity of finished components and best utilisation of resource.
- Maintaining housekeeping to a high standard throughout the factory.
- Interact & respond to all aspects of HBE supporting cost reduction, efficiency, delivery and quality improvements.
What Do You Need To Bring?
Essential skills, knowledge & behaviours
- Previous experience in a similar Engineering Environment
- Lifting and Slinging Certification
- Forklift Driving Certification.
- Plant maintenance duties.
- Ability to work unsupervised.
Desirable skills, knowledge & behaviours
- Washing machine operation of compressor parts before assembly.
- Flexibility
- Lean Manufacturing Skills.
- General Environmental Health & Safety Awareness
