Howson & Howson Limited seeking a reliable individual to become an integral part of our team as a Finance/Payroll/Office Assistant in its head office in Blyth, ON.
What you will be doing:
– Creating, sending, and following up on Invoices for Accounts Receivable
– Processing Payments
– Processing Accounts Payable
– Assisting with weekly, monthly and annual reporting
– Updating Financial Records
– Processing Bi-weekly Payroll
– Entering Payroll information into software and preparing payments for Employees
– Process new hire paperwork
– Providing assistance with office administrative duties
– Secondary coverage of front office duties as needed
Position Requirements:
– Effective computer skills, ability to adapt to new software
– Effective communication skills
– Ability to ensure/maintain confidentiality
– Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
– Able to work efficiently as part of a team and independently
– Good organization, time management, and prioritizing skills
– High level of personal integrity
– Strong work ethic
