General Responsibilities, but not limited to the following:
– Assist the Director by answering calls and in charge of the agenda, calendar, and emails.
– Coordinate presentations, events, public relations, among others.
– Coordinate the budget.
– Buying ad space in the media.
– Contacting artists.
– Coordinate and supervise events.
– Hire temporary staff for each event.
– Clerical functions of the office.
Position requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree or graduate candidate in Communications or Public Relations, from an appropriately accredited institution.
– Excellent written and oral communication skills.
– Fully bilingual (English and Spanish).
– Good computer skills including Microsoft Office, Teams and Zoom applications.
– Exceptional multi-tasking skills and ability to properly organize, prioritize and prioritize.
– Perform your job effectively under minimal supervision.
