About the role:
Based at our busy office in Penrose, Auckland, we have multiple opportunities for different roles in our Contact Centre team. We offer a friendly and inviting team environment with full training and ongoing support provided. Our Customer Care Consultants are responsible for maximising sales of HRV whole home solutions. Roles include being responsible for telephoning prospective customers, finding new leads, setting up quality appointments and providing support to our customers.

We are looking for someone with drive, determination, who is engaging and has a great team spirit to join our HRV Auckland family.

You will LOVE working in a team environment and be confident communicating with a diverse range of customers and prospects. You want to be the best and will strive every day to achieve personally and professionally.
