We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Specialist, Financial Planning & Analysis.

Principal Responsibilities

• Support the oversight and control of the budgeting/forecasting process and KPIs through partnership with key dependencies and stakeholders
• Prepare business performance reports and dashboards to facilitate strategy planning and decision making, and provide insights on Company???s financial performance tracking
• Support integration process through creation and standardisation of management reports across different lines of business
• Support expense allocation process
• Continuous improvement of processes with a focus on increasing efficiency
• Any other ad hoc tasks/projects as assigned

Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy / Finance
• 2-3 years of working experience preferably in the insurance industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Meticulous and attention to details
• Able to work in a fast paced environment
• Experience in budgeting systems (e.g. Anaplan) is advantageous
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
