The primary objective of this role is to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Service Department, ensuring growth and overall department profitability.
The responsibilities for this position include:
To manage, monitor and make final decisions on the overall performance related to the Service Department to ensure Company objectives relating to quality and customer requirements are fully realized.
Responsible for business development of the Service area of the branch.
Full responsibility for Service P&L, including reporting.
Achieve agreed sales and margin plans.
Ensure all costs for which you are responsible are controlled and within budgeted limits.
Promote the sale of the Company’s products and services to potential clients.
Identify and recommend actions required for overall business improvement
Assist with the development and maintenance of Key Accounts in conjunction with the National Service Manager.
