We are in search of an Office Assistant for our growing team!
Responsibilities:
– Draft correspondence and other formal documents
– Coordinate schedules with appropriate staff
– Greet and assist onsite guests and customers
– Answer and direct incoming calls; make outbound calls as necessary
– Maintain multiple platforms used for customer communication
– Assist with daily posting of payments and deposits
– Perform all other office tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
– Must have previous office experience
– Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced envionrment
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Strong attention to detail along with organizational skills
– Collections experience preferred but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 – $17.00 per hour
