We are seeking an administrative assistant who has just the right balance of office skills and a real knack for great customer service. You will help direct the day-to-day property management operations for one of our manufactured home communities. You will also learn to generate new revenue through sales and leasing of our homes. Please note this is a non-commissioned position. Pay is hourly + bonus. 2 Saturdays a month are required.
· High school diploma or GED required, Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Hospitality, or Business, a plus
· Prior sales and leasing experience
· General knowledge of repair and maintenance duties
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
· Thorough knowledge of federal, state, and local laws pertaining to fair housing and employment law
· Computer proficiency, including the internet and Microsoft Office Suite; experience using Rent Manager, preferred
· Flexibility to respond to community needs during non-business hours
Hours are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday-Friday. 2 Saturdays per month are required (10:00 am to 2:00 pm). Starting pay is $16-17 per hour with quarterly bonus opportunities based on performance. Other benefits include 401K with employer contributions and medical/dental insurance.
