Hughes Agriculture & Farming Ltd is an award winning farm based in Co. Kilkenny. The company grows, processes, packs and distributes fresh produce to the retail and wholesale markets in Ireland and exports to Europe and North America.

We are seeking General Operatives to join our busy team. The role includes, but is not limited to:

• Packing produce on multiple lines ensuring quality is maintained and labelling accordingly.
• Grading produce and ensuring hygiene and quality standards are met and maintained.
• Boxing produce for distribution to major retailers.
• Washing and grading produce to prepare vegetables for packing.

The ideal candidate will be able to work well as part of a team or by themselves with a positive attitude and good work ethic. Have good attention to detail to maintain a high standard of hygiene and quality. No previous experience is required as training will be given.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Salary: €11.30 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
