Pay:$18.99 – $28.99 per hour.

We are looking to hire a Receptionist. The successful candidate should be outgoing and friendly with a gregarious personality and a natural talent for customer service. The right candidate will attend to visitors and answer with inquiries on the phone and face to face. Supply info regarding the company to the general public, clients, and customers.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to work independently as well as a member of a team
• Professional interaction with all levels of staff within the organization from the
• Front line to senior executives
• Exhibits a polite and professional manner at all times
• Handles monthly posting of accounts payable invoices
• Meets and greets all visitors in a positive, friendly manner
• Provides primary phone support, answering all incoming calls and queries and transferring to appropriate parties
• Preparing, organizing and storing information in paper and digital form
• Establishes and maintains accounts with local suppliers for miscellaneous ítems for the office
• Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
• Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Able to type 35 wpm minimum
• Strong phone skills
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, and speak English
• Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Punctual with strong attendance history
