ATL is recruiting an Administrative Assistanct to support out client, NIOSH, in processing volunteer human subjects for the evaluation of personal protective equipment.
The Admin will list of test subjects, schedule them for participation, and determine the
compensation (reimbursement) amount according to a fixed schedule but cannot issue payment to these
individuals. The Admin will provide ETB-support for test subject fees, physicals-certifications, and to ensure that
reimbursement payments are mailed to the test subjects in a timely fashion. The services to be provided
are as follows:
1. Coordinate payment of test subjects (backup function)
2. Generate weekly reports outlining test subject payments (backup function)
3. Ensure payments are mailed to Test Subjects in a timely manner (no more than two weeks from
the completion of testing).
4. Ensure payments are made to subcontractors for physicals provided
The position requires attention to detail, and experience necessary to accomplish the position. This role is supporting a government contract and requires US citizenship or acceptable work authorization.
