Our client, a medium sized collaborative law firm located downtown, Vancouver has an opening for a Legal Administrative Assistant on their commercial litigation team. The successful candidate will work with one Partner and one Associate lawyer in mixed litigation and commercial practice.

Start Date: As soon as possible
Shift: Full-time flexible
Work Arrangements: mostly in office

Responsibilities:

• Preparing correspondence, pleadings, indexes, lists and summaries
• Preparing documents, books and/or binders for court
• Set discovery, trial and other court dates
• Online registry searches
• Daily administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Understanding of litigation legal procedures
• 3+ years’ experience working in litigation practice
• Excellent attention to detail
• Graduation from a Legal Administrative Assistant Program or relevant experience
