Huntingdon-Bedford-Fulton Area Agency on Aging Hiring for Food Service Worker at Three Springs, Pennsylvania Full Time
This 5 hour per day, Monday-Friday, job at the Three Springs Senior Center includes preparing tables and serving catered congregate or take out meals. Take and record temperatures of meals as required. Clean up tables, dining area and kitchen, wash pots/pans/utensils, sweeping, mopping, general cleaning. Collect garbage and clean restrooms daily. General housecleaning of center. Plan and schedule programs and activities for senior participants. Frequent use of fine motor skills needed to complete duties, including lifting, pulling and pushing are required. Knowledge of food portions, sanitary and health-related procedures when dealing with food. Knowledge of group behaviors of older population served a plus. Ability to perform physically required duties. Part-time benefits offered.
Masks and gloves provided. Regular additional disinfecting done with sanitizing sprayers.
