Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to accountants
- Clerical tasks such as typing, filing, making phone calls, handling mail and bookkeeping.
- Maintain and manage monthly journals, update entries and maintain sub-ledger
- Assist accountants and prepare financial data and reports
- General admin and other relevant tasks and assignments
- Stable working hours
Job Requirements:
- Qualification/ experience relevant to accountancy
- Meticulous and detail-oriented work style
- In-house training available
- Experience of office-based computer systems and software
- Team player and good working attitude
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual in English & Mandarin
