Hupp Draft Services is a family owned business that was established in 1976. We are dedicated to our customers by cleaning their draft systems to ensure they are providing the highest quality of draft beer. Position Overview:
We are looking for a Full Time individual to join our team that enjoys providing excellent customer service both externally and internally. This person will be responsible for handling the company’s data entry/auditing needs and creating an exceptional experience for our clientele and Draft Team. If you are organized, detail oriented, and have a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities include:

• Project a positive and professional demeanor over the phone and in person with our remote employees, customer accounts, office staff, supervisors, and managers.
• Collecting, entering and analyzing data/information into our various systems.
• Multi-task between several different projects, with a knowledge of multi-line systems

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Regular and reliable attendance according to the business’ hours of operation.
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel
• Microsoft Office, Word, Outlook, and Typing
• High School Diploma or equivalence

Desired:

• At least one 1 year of administrative support and office experience
