Work within the inclusion team

Deal with sensitive information correctly

Follow safeguarding procedures

Manage behaviour

Maintain high expectations and aspirations

Run 1:1 and small group interventions

Assist with the delivery of the behaviour policy

Liaise with colleagues, parents and carers

Monitor attendance and behaviour

Ensure student’s progress and achieve to their potential

Graduate Pastoral Support Mentor — Person specification:
2:2 or above degree

Strong A Levels and GCSEs

An interest and passion for education

Long-term desire to work in education

Experience working with young people previously

Prior experience working with behaviour and/or mental health needs
